I'm a big kid now!

Crawling, standing and eating spaghetti, what more to master in becoming a big kid? Celeste, my cuzzie, is my new best friend. We play together and even dress alike!

Six Months!

Wow, 6 months! I can hardly believe it. My legs are getting chubby and I can grab at most things in front of me without missing. My cousin Celeste still steals my toys, but if I keep eating these new foods I will get bigger and be able to play with her. I decided to take a trip to the beach to contemplate these past 6 months, nothing like a beautiful sunset to help with reflecting on life! I've decided I like getting bigger and one day soon I'll be able to verbalize to all of you!

Four Months!

At first I didn't know why we were in a restaurant of Thai, luckily I had my pineapple head toy for comfort!

I learned how to use chopsticks without losing an eye.

And I got to gnaw on the camera case to my heart's delight!

Then I realized it's my four month birthday, celebrate!!! I'm hoping to get to the Museum of Science before month 5 if I can pencil it in.

A Visit from Auntie Nani

I was lucky enough to have a visit from my Auntie Nani the other weekend. She came from Wisconsin to give me lucky rupees and lots of hugs! I am so proud of her and loved being carried around all day.

Three Months

At first I was a little nervous about this milestone in my life, the world is becoming so big and I had the realization this month that I have my own hands! I had to look myself in the mirror for the courage to conquer the new challenges in month four such as laughing, rolling over and decreasing my milk intake to spit up ratio. Yes, I can do it!

Look out world, here comes Amelia Younger !!

I Went in a Lake

Today, I went in a lake. I was lunging away from dad towards the trees (my favorite outdoor activity), and then all of a sudden my foot was wet. Then both feet and my legs were wet. It felt like a bath. I didn't know what was happening so I stayed completely still. The light reflecting on the water put me into a trance. A minute later I found myself in mom's arms and she was drying me off. Maybe I liked it, but I can't remember - already forgot. That was my first experience in a lake.

After a couple naps, I got to watch dad and uncle nathan following our boat on top of a board at the end a long rope....but I zoned out pretty quickly because they weren't very good.
